5 ways to Wellbeing, Monday 21st December 2pm - 3pm
This year has been a challenging time for many, and as we come up to Christmas, we wanted to give our patients an opportunity to learn about some of the simple ways we can look after our mental health.
Evidence suggests there are 5 steps you can take to improve your mental health and wellbeing and trying these things could help you feel more positive and able to get the most out of life. Join us to learn more about the 5 ways to Wellbeing and find out more about services available in Brighton and Hove that can support you.
This session will be run by George Roe, Social Prescribing Operations Lead from Together Co, the loneliness charity. The session will be held online via zoom, and we will record the session so it can be made available to others who are not able to attend.
