Through our partnership with Brighton and Hove Federation, patients now have access to additional appointments from 6:30pm to 8pm weekdays and 9am to 5pm Saturday and Sunday.
These include remote and face to face GP appointments as well as appointments with a nurse, pharmacist or health care assistant. Specialist clinics are also being available (e.g. menopause and womens health).
Please refer to the Federations website, www.brightonandhovefed.co.uk/enhanced-access for updates. Access to these clinics is by contacting the surgery in the normal way. These appointments might be held at a different location to the surgery and are subject to availability.

- Weekday evenings between 6:30pm and 8pm

NHS 111
NHS 111 online is for people aged 5 and over. Call 111 if you need help for a child under 5.
Call 999 in a medical or mental health emergency. This is when someone is seriously ill or injured and their life is at risk.
What is NHS 111?
- A simple, free to call, easy to remember three digit number that is available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.
- NHS 111 directs patients to the service that is best able to meet your needs taking into account your location, the time of day you are calling and the capacity of local services.
When should I use 111?
- When it’s not a life threatening situation and, therefore, is less urgent than a 999 call.
- When you cannot see your own GP, for instance when it is closed or you’re are away from home.
- When you feel you cannot wait or are simply unsure of which service you require.
- When you require reassurance about what to do next.
