Travel risk assessment

If you are travelling abroad please make sure you contact us in plenty of time to arrange any vaccinations that may be necessary. To help the travel nurses assess your travel needs it is important that they are in receipt of the assessment form before your appointment.

We are only able to offer the NHS travel vaccinations which include Typhoid, Tetanus/Diphtheria/Polo, Hepatitis A and combined Hepatitis A/B. It is advisable to complete a travel risk assessment with a travel clinic of your choice which will be able to advise on any other vaccinations that are required for your trip.
