The doctors at Montpelier Surgery have a conscientious objection to the holding of firearms and therefore will not provide the relevant authorities with the requisite medical information for a named individual for the purposes of assessing their suitability in issuing them with a firearms certificate.
We do not issue medical proformas in relation to shotgun ownership/licenses.
The doctors are aware of their responsibilities and obligations under the GMC guidance on conscientious objection.
